All India Institute of Registered Valuers Organization is a Registered Valuers Organization recognized by Insolvency and bankruptcy board of India(IBBI) as RVO
It enrolls eligible professionals as its members. It has to establish and promote high standards of practice and professional conduct of all its registered valuers and to safeguard the rights, interests and independence of its registered valuers in all matters affecting the profession. It has to promote good professionalism, ethical conduct and competency of registered valuers for quality of valuation work.
AIIRVO has been approved by IBBI to provide education in all the three valuation categories:
- Land & Building
- Plant & Machinery
- Securities & Financial Assets
An eligible member who would like to pursue valuation as his or her career, has to undergo 50 hours Compulsory Educational Program conducted as prescribed by IBBI under rule 5 of The Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 by RVO as per the syllabus provided by IBBI, in the eligible category to become a Registered Valuer according to Section 247, of The Companies Act, 2013. AIIRVO RVO are conducting the course in online mode due to Covid-19 as advised by IBBI till 30/09/2020 or at physical center as per requirements and will be intimated through our website.
AIIRVO RVO governing board consists of professionals experts in their fields i.e. company secretary, chartered accountants & management professionals and their goal is to share their experience and exposure with its members to improve their professional competency overall knowledge about valuation under the guidelines and close supervision of IBBI
